When we use the term "De-Identified Information", we mean information that cannot reasonably be used to personally identify an individual. Lastly, when we use the term "Cookies", we mean the small pieces of information that a Site sends to your browser while you are viewing a website. All capitalized terms this Privacy Policy not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the 20 Degrees Terms of Use that applies to your use of the Site and Services.

This data is used to provide personalized wellness insights and is never shared with third parties without your permission. 20 Degrees does not sell or share your health-related data for advertising purposes. We prioritize your privacy and ensure that your data is used solely for the purpose of enhancing your experience with our app.
We collect health-related data, including sleep, mindfulness mins, activity such as step count, heart rate, exercise duration, and nutritional information.
20 Degrees seamlessly integrates with your favorite wearable devices including Apple Health, Fitbit, Oura, Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, iHealth, Google Fit, and Google Health connect to provide real-time tracking of Sleep, Diet, Exercise, and Stress levels. If you connect a third-party service, we access only the data necessary to enhance your wellness experience. We comply with Apple's and Google’s privacy and data collection policies.
We collect health and wellness data to offer personalized recommendations such as meal and exercise plans, measure overall well-being, monitor progress, and create weekly habit-building challenges to promote gradual and sustainable improvements. This includes user-inputted data on nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness activities, which may be captured using the device camera for food recognition or motion tracking. We also use the device camera and microphone during secure audio/video coaching sessions to keep you motivated and on track. The collected data is used solely for these purposes and is never sold or shared for advertising. Specifically though, the 20 Degrees Coach app does not collect any personal health data. Instead, it provides authorized coaches access to view member data for the purpose of offering personalized guidance and support. Coaches cannot access data without member consent.
Your health data is securely stored and encrypted. We do not share, sell, or use your health information for marketing. Users have full control over their data and can request deletion at any time.
Users provide explicit consent before linking their fitness and nutrition data to 20 Degrees. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting integrations or requesting data deletion via the app settings.
We may use De-Identified Information without restriction
This Site Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the Site or Services and in email, text and other electronic communications set through or in connection with the Site. This Site Privacy Policy DOES NOT apply to information collected by any third party. When you click on links on the Site you may leave our Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy statements
Members will be able to update some of their information through the Site. Requests to modify any information may also be submitted to support@20deg.com
If you would like to delete your account, we provide an easy way to submit a request. Please follow these steps:
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our support team at support@20deg.com.
You can delete your account through Settings → Preferences → Delete Account, and this action is fully user-controlled. Your Personal Information will be removed from our active database, though De-Identified Data may be retained for analytics. Additionally, some data may be kept if required by law, and deletion will occur after fulfilling such obligations.
We employ reasonable physical, electronic and managerial security methods to help protect against unauthorized access to Personal Information, such as encryption. But please be aware that no data transmission over the Internet or data storage facility can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. As a result, while we try to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us
To the extent allowable under law, by providing us with a phone number, you consent to receiving text (SMS) messages, push notifications, and phone calls from us. Such communications may include, but are not limited to, requests for secondary authentication, receipts, reminders, notifications regarding updates to your account or account support, requests for product feedback, and marketing or promotional communications. You acknowledge that you are not required to consent to receive promotional texts or calls as a condition of using 20 Degrees mobile application. Call and text message communications may be generated by automatic telephone dialing systems. Standard message and data rates your cell phone carrier applies may apply to the text messages we send you.
We may use third-party service providers to facilitate SMS messaging services. These providers are required to comply with applicable privacy and security regulations to protect your information.
You may opt-out of receiving promotional email communications we send to you by following the unsubscribe options on such emails or by managing your communications preferences in the app. You may opt-out of text messages from 20 Degrees by replying STOP or by following instructions that you receive in the text message. You may opt-out of phone calls by notifying the caller or by contacting support. You acknowledge that opting out of receiving communications may impact your use of 20 Degrees.
We do not knowingly allow individuals under the age 18 to create Accounts that allow access to our Site.
We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our Site, including the information or content contained within them. A link to a third party’s website should not be construed as an endorsement. We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing Personal Information to third parties.
