20 Degrees - Request Account Deletion

How to Delete Your Account:

We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your 20 Degrees account, please follow the steps below.

Open the 20 Degrees app. Go to Settings > Preferences > Delete Account. Confirm your request. Your account will be deleted immediately.

Data Retention Policy

When you delete your account, the following data will be handled as follows:

• Permanently Deleted: Your profile, activity logs, fitness data, and personal settings.
• Kept for Compliance: Transactional data (e.g., subscription history) may be retained for up to 6 months for legal and security reasons.
• Anonymous Usage Data: Some anonymized analytics data may be kept for app improvements.

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. If you have any questions, contact our support team.
